Resonance solves this. Our live streaming platform is purpose-built for group wellness — combining low-latency bilateral stimulation audio (left-right alternating sound proven to support nervous system regulation and deep meditative states) with a real-time facilitator voice layer.
Event hosts simply open the app, go live, and their audience — wearing any stereo headset — receives a synchronized, spatially-aware audio experience indistinguishable from being in the room. The retreat leader or therapist opens the Resonance app, selects a bilateral stimulation soundtrack from the library, and begins their live session — just like starting a Zoom call.
2. Audience joins with headsets on
Participants receive a simple join link. They open it on any device, put on stereo headphones or earbuds, and are immediately inside the spatial audio environment.
3. Voice and bilateral music stream in sync
The facilitator's voice and the bilateral music — left-right alternating sound patterns that support nervous system regulation — arrive together, in real time, synchronized across all listeners.
